Careers: Affiliate Marketing Manager, Vibrant Performance Division at Aragon Advertising

We are seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking Affiliate Marketing Manager to work on the Vibrant Performance (https://vibrantperformance.co) division of Aragon Advertising, LLC. At Vibrant we are focused exclusively on the financial technology space, assisting start-ups and established B2C brands with growth through affiliate marketing and mobile app marketing.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong capacity in establishing best practices and methodologies that facilitates, supports, and helps drive the growth of our clients' affiliate marketing endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute effective affiliate recruitment, activation and optimization strategies that align with the goals of the client; think outside of the box to present new and interesting opportunities to clients
  • Provide superior client service, develop and nurture excellent client relationships; maintain very high client satisfaction and retention rates
  • Serve as a regular point of contact for clients’ strategic and account questions, lead weekly client calls, oversee account reporting and manage resulting follow-up questions and communication
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure deals
  • In concert with the Analytics Team, provide clients with regular reporting, analyze data to find opportunities and identify issues; develop strategic program plans and present resulting data-driven insights and recommendations to clients
  • Grow business prospects with existing clients; expand the scope of work; assist Sales Team in new business outreach process and winning business
  • Attend industry conferences, presentations, and webinars to stay current with industry trends

What You Bring:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience with client account management and publisher development for an affiliate marketing agency, network, or as an in-house program manager for a brand
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable, quality-oriented processes while maintaining a high level of client profitability and satisfaction
  • The know-how to close deals and develop business for our clients
  • Deep experience with different affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and publishers
  • Thorough understanding of multiple affiliate marketing strategies including content marketing, lead generation, email marketing, loyalty marketing, influencer marketing, and more
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing order to chaos especially in ambiguous situations
  • Prioritizes competing objectives appropriately and manages time with skill
  • Loves to continually learn and stay ahead of the industry
  • Ability to map opportunities, create and manage at operational levels, and produce consistent business reports to upper management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a matrix environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
