The Aragon Company is seeking a Sales Associate - Mobile Performance Marketing to join our team to focus on new client sales for our fast-growing Aragon Premium division. At Aragon Premium, we help clients acquire users, leads, and customers through various mobile and desktop marketing channels via performance pricing models (CPI, CPC, CPA, CPS, CPL). Aragon Premium prides itself on connecting top-tier traffic sources to our clients. We aim to drive high-intent users through a variety of marketing channels using a robust user acquisition strategy.

The ideal candidate possesses a natural sales acumen, the capability to quickly pick up our business, and is driven to conduct outreach and close a high volume of new business that helps us achieve our goals for 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and verticals; develop and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Actively seeks out new sales opportunities through email, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Use of CRM to document prospects and lead/funnel management.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the Aragon Premium affiliate network.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and performance data.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in virtual and in-person trade shows.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with account management team to identify and develop key accounts.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Manage IO negotiations and signing process from start to finish.

What You Have:

  • 5 + years of sales experience in digital services, advertising services, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or similar.
  • Ability to sell to medium and large size advertisers and agencies.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Experience selling mobile app marketing and lead generation a plus.
  • Experience selling influencer, social, search, content a plus.
  • Capability to learn our business and strategy.

  • Possesses a positive and high-energy attitude, is self-motivated, and displays a passion for a fast-paced, always evolving environment.
