Aragon Advertising, a division of The Aragon Company is seeking a highly motivated, detailed oriented, and customer service-driven Data Partner Coordinator to support The Data Partner Manager and Pay Per Call Leadership Team as it relates to analyzing monthly partner revenue and usage reporting, managing internal requests regarding partner data targeting and similar offerings, and gathering detailed specifications for custom data requests through our internal and external data partners.

The successful candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; exposure to Ad Tech or Affiliate Marketing highly desirable (not required).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports Aragon Advertising in identifying, recruiting, soliciting, and managing data vendors to support the call center; this encompasses preparing high-quality proposals and collaborating internally with stakeholders.
  • Conducts research to identify optimal partnership opportunities for the Team.
  • Provides logistical and administrative support for various team activities and department initiatives.
  • Participates in full-life cycle process as it relates to on-boarding partners, as well as managing existing data partnerships for all verticals, and properly communicating when changes/adjustments occur.
  • Partners with VP of Performance Marketing to produce and deliver analytics, to analyze and optimize data/performance.
  • Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders and data partners to achieve CPA goal established through analytical thinking and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Tracks pipeline metrics and maintain dashboards that communicate the effectiveness of channel distribution with our partners.

What You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree and prior partnership experience within an Ad Tech, Affiliate Marketing, or Saas organization will be highly regarded.
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to influence/support Team members cross-functionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with natural ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity in an evolving, fast paced, environment.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite to include Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.
